2. How We Handle 'Cached' Data

To provide a seamless application experience, our website may temporarily store your progress in your browser's local cache.
This data remains on your device and is not accessible by Thamani SACCO until you click the 'Submit' button.
We recommend clearing your browser cache if you are using a public or shared computer after completing or abandoning an application.

3. Purpose of Processing

To verify your identity and eligibility for membership under SASRA regulations.
To assess creditworthiness and perform mandatory AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening.
To communicate official SACCO business, statements, and notices to you.
To comply with legal obligations under the Co-operative Societies Act and the Data Protection Act.

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may share data with Credit Reference Bureaus (CRBs) as required by law.
Data may be disclosed to regulatory bodies (SASRA, KRA, FRC) to comply with statutory audits or investigations.
